The flow meter valve measures the volume of water flowing through your cleaner. It can be used as a diagnostic measure if your cleaner is not performing optimally.
The flow meter is inserted on the last section of the hose (where the pool cleaner would be attached to your swimming pool cleaner, not in the skimmer/weir).
