A carefully balanced and layered luxury flavoured mayonnaise that brings creamy, tangy accents to all food types.
Troublenaise is a fusion of the award-winning Dr. Trouble Sauce, blended with a Japanese-style (egg yolk only) sushi mayo. Using pure lemon juice, and hand-selected cherry peppers smoked over English oak chips, the result is a carefully balanced and layered luxury mayonnaise that brings creamy, tangy accents to all food types.
