Description

6-way multiport valve. To fit PVC pipes with a diameter of 50mm. Sand filters must be backwashed in order to loosen up the sand and to eliminate filtered dirt through the waste system. This requires, among other things, that the hydraulic action of the filter circulation pump be reversed through the filter housing. The new Quality Series 2 Complete Multiport Valve enhances pool filtration reliability with an integrated Wagon Wheel Gasket and Diffuser that minimise water loss and extend gasket life, while its larger handle allows smoother directional adjustments and a pressure-gauge plug with an O-ring adds extra durability. Its compact, white design with D40 connections ensures easy installation, and although the Series 2 Valve Top is not compatible with older Quality Multiport Valves or other brands, the unit is fully compatible with all Quality/Sun Command Series 2 Filters.
