Our Maalspeserye is a delicious mixture of salt, garlic flakes and five different peppercorns. The best combination, of course. This mild grinder spice goes well with meat, fish, pork, poultry, vegetables, and, if you are feeling daring, breakfast cereal. It is a multifunctional seasoning that is intended for braai meat, but may also be used on other foods.
